An architectural gem and extra space for displays at InnoTrans 2014.
In 2014. the new CityCube Berlin, a multi-purpose hall for trade fairs, conferences and events, will be providing two extra exhibition floors covering 6,000 square metres each for InnoTrans. This move by Messe Berlin comes in response to the continuing high demand by the world’s rail industry for stands at InnoTrans 2014, which is due to take place from 23 to 26 September on the exhibition grounds at Berlin ExpoCenter City.
The CityCube Berlin is one of Berlin’s most important building projects. The building is currently under construction on the site of the former Deutschlandhalle, next door to the south entrance of the exhibition grounds. The CityCube Berlin is located directly adjacent to Hall 7. In order to maintain its competitiveness Messe Berlin has for a long time needed more display space, in particular to reduce the backlog of demand at leading international fairs such as InnoTrans and to establish new fairs on the market.
