In the hopes of encouraging more people to leave their cars at home, Virgin Trains has joined forces with Uber in a new partnership.
Customers buying their train ticket through the Virgin Trains website will have the option to receive a text reminder with a link to book an Uber trip, both on the way to the station, and at the other end.
And if they book an Uber through the link in the text, they'll be eligible for 50 percent off their first Uber journey up to a maximum value of £10.
