The Strategic Miami Area Rapid Transit (SMART) Program selected EXP to provide services on the Northeast and Beach Corridor's new rapid transit lines in Miami-Dade County.
By leveraging its Federal Transportation Administration (FTA) Expertise, this partnership will streamline and expedite construction of the corridors for Miami’s rapid transit lines while aligning funding for capital, operating and infrastructure improvements with a defined, implementable strategy.
EXP will provide executive management, federal and state project delivery and policy support services as well as transportation planning and policy.

EXP has worked with the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority, Chicago Transit Authority, New York’s Metropolitan Transportation Authority and other major transit programs throughout North America.
