Top leadership members have been appointed to the Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s (MTA) Transformation Management Office, according to an announcement from Chief Transformation Officer Anthony McCord.
The newly created office is part of the authority’s reorganization into a more efficient, better performing, customer-focused entity.
“The MTA has already made huge steps towards modernization and the Transformation Management Office is in a prime position to leverage this momentum to turn the authority into a more efficient, better performing, more customer-focused organization,” McCord said. “This diverse group of leaders brings a wealth of organizational insight, specialized skills and talent to our efforts and I’m excited to have them on the job.”
The people reporting directly to McCord are:
- Wael Hibri, Deputy Chief Transformation Officer;
- Zeb Voss, Chief of Staff;
- Eamonn Foley, Special Counsel;
- Mildred Chua, Head of Program Delivery;
- Michael Moran, Head of Program Delivery; and
- Jaibala Patel, Chief Financial Officer.
The diverse team possesses decades of experience in transportation and in change management. Chief of Staff Zeb Voss has executed transformations in complex, decentralized industrial and manufacturing environments, both domestically and globally. The other members of the team come from various MTA offices; collectively, MTA says this team delivers a useful combination of outside perspective and institutional knowledge.
The six leaders begin their work effective immediately.
