Transdev promotes new vice president of human resources

Kesi Dorner has been promoted to the position.

Kesi Dorner has been promoted to vice president of human resources for Transdev North America, where she’ll be based at the company’s corporate headquarters in Lombard, Ill.

Most recently, Dorner was the regional human resource director for the southeast region, where she developed and improved processes and policies related to talent, including hiring, onboarding and talent assessment processes, compliance and performance management processes and other employee lifecycle processes. On the labor relations front, she led labor negotiations, EEOC mediations and union labor discussions. Additionally, she also made it a priority to foster and build diversity and inclusion and employment opportunity programs for the region, among her many other responsibilities.

“This promotion is another step in the positive career progression Kesi has earned since joining Transdev in 2008 as a human resources generalist in Norcross, Georgia,” said DeeDee Hanc, Transdev’s chief human resources officer. “Kesi is an innovative human resources professional with a proven history of successfully implementing strategic improvements, creating strong business partnerships and providing value to employees across multi-site locations. Kesi holds a PHR certification (Professional in Human Resources), along with her Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University and her Master of Public Administration: Business Management from Troy University in Atlanta.
