Jim Hillyard will be leading and coordinating Valley Metro’s administration and operations functions. He draws on more than 20 years of public sector executive experience leading the financial, information technology, business and operations sectors of organizations of up to 10,000 employees. Prior to joining Valley Metro, Hillyard served as Deputy Director for Operations of the Arizona Department of Economic Security.
