Sherry Meyer Promoted to Office Manager of CDM Electronics

CDM Electronics has announced the promotion of Sherry Meyer to office manager, effective immediately.

CDM Electronics has announced the promotion of Sherry Meyer to office manager, effective immediately. In her new role, Ms. Meyer is responsible for the hiring, training and skills development programs of CDM’s companywide administrative and sales support staff. She is also charged with providing on-going support and direction for workload, customer service, and resource scheduling activities. Meyer reports directly to Lori Maeder, CDM vice president.

“Sherry’s proven organizational and managerial skillset, together with her ability to inspire outstanding employee and customer engagement, made her the logical choice for this newly-created position,” said Maeder. “During her tenure at CDM, she has been instrumental in enhancing operational effectiveness and consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership abilities.  Sherry’s personal commitment to CDM’s growth strategies have significantly contributed to the success of the business.”

Meyer joined CDM in 2009 and brings a unique scope of expertise to her new position. Starting her career at CDM as a receptionist, she was promoted to customer service representative and then to marketing services coordinator, a position she held for the last six years.

Meyer is a member of RSSI (Railway Systems Suppliers, Inc.). She will remain based at CDM’s global headquarters in Turnersville, NJ.
