RailPros Field Services has announced the addition of Terry Tate as assistant vice president of rail operations. In this position, Tate will focus on the expansion of existing projects and the development of new business ventures.
Tate has over 35 years of experience in transportation operations management with Union Pacific and Southern Pacific Railroad. Tate most recently served as general director of quality service for Union Pacific Railroad providing marketing, sales and business development leadership for the Western Region of the United States.

A graduate of the University of Colorado, Tate has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance and Transportation. Tate also went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from Brandman University.
