Ruddy, president and CEO of WorldatWork, an international nonprofit association composed of human resources professionals.

Capital Metro was among 160 companies from 35 states, the District of Columbia and four Canadian provinces to be recognized with the recognition. The award is given each year to companies across North America that demonstrate the importance of employee engagement for business success.
