Corey Hill Joins Kimley-Horn

Corey Hill, former executive director of the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), brings more than 23 years of experience as the newest member of Kimley-Horn’s transit practice.

Hill has served in governance roles for federal, state, regional, and local agencies in Washington, D.C., northern Virginia, and Richmond. In these roles, Hill oversaw everything from multi-modal transportation planning studies to multibillion dollar rail and transit projects to establishing policies for rail, transit, and transportation demand management programs at the state and federal levels.

At Kimley-Horn, Hill will help the transit team continue to provide exceptional service to our rail and transit clients with his wealth of public sector rail and transit experience.
