Robert Little has been appointed bridge inspection and asset management manager in the Tampa office of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff.

In his new position, Little will manage bridge inspection work as well as bridge asset management projects within Florida and across the U.S.

Prior to joining WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff Little was bridge inspection services group manager for a Florida engineering firm, overseeing the inspection of over 6000 state and local government owned structures throughout on behalf of the Florida Department of Transportation. He previously founded and managed BridgeWeb Services LLC, a Florida company that designed, developed and implemented a web-based bridge management system.

Little received a B.S.C.E. degree from the University of South Florida. He is a registered professional engineer in Florida. He is a member of the Transportation Research Board, National Society of Professional Engineers, Florida Engineering Society, American Society of Civil Engineers, and Structural Engineering Institute.
