People on the Move: Jacobs, STV, Keolis, RATP Dev USA, Genfare

Personnel updates from around the transit industry.

Jennille Logan has been named business development director for the Southeast Region at Genfare. Logan has more than 20 years working in the information technology, electronic payments and transportation industry, including the past six where she developed, coordinated and implemented marketing and operations plans, leveraging existing and capturing new business opportunities. Genfare says Logan will support its customers, strengthen relationships and assist transit agencies to advance their fare management systems.

Jacobs welcomed Ron Colas as vice president for transportation strategic growth and business development, manager for Florida and the Caribbean. His focus will span across markets including aviation, highways and bridges, ports and maritime and rail and transit. He will provide strategic leadership to Jacobs’ transportation team in the region. Jacobs says the appointment strengthens the company’s capacity to serve clients advancing sustainable mobility programs which connect communities and help stimulate economic development.

Ryan Adams has been appointed executive vice president of Market Development and Innovation for Keolis North America where he will be responsible for “further enhancing Keolis’ hallmark as an industry disruptor with an intense focus on strong partnerships, innovations that excite and mobility-enabled community impacts.” Adams’ two decades of experience covers transit, finance and hospitality, which the company says will be a valuable addition to the Keolis North America Executive Committee. Adams joined Keolis in 2012 and his passion for shared mobility and innovative solutions for the sector will help drive Keolis’ development of new partnerships, enhanced brand awareness and innovations that benefit passengers. Adams is a graduate of Leadership APTA and a 2015 Mass Transit 40 Under 40 honoree.

RATP Dev USA named Stacy Winsett as chief people officer where she will utilize both her passion and personal commitment to champion the alignment of people to drive performance and significant revenue growth for the company across the U.S. Winsett has held several vice president positions for companies such as Trillium Flow Technologies, Herc Rentals and Orica. She brings more than 20 years of experience across transportation, airline, manufacturing, mining, oil and gas and the equipment rental industries.

Douglas Blais has joined STV as vice president, senior program manager in its advisory and program management services group. Blais will provide strategic guidance to clients looking to integrate complex financial and contractual delivery requirements into their programs. Blais previously served as commercial manager for the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center expansion program management team. He also developed, coordinated and oversaw the implementation of capital projects for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s World Trade Center Construction Department. His scope of work included several sitewide security and technology initiatives at the World Trade Center site, as well as its flood resilience program.
