TriMet’s spring service changes on 12 bus lines go into effect March 5 and will improve frequency, routes and hours of operation to better meet demand and ease transfers as well as adjust some schedules to better match traffic conditions and increase reliability.

TriMet Service Changes

  • Line 20 — More frequent service on weekdays during the mid-day hours to better meet demand. Brings the line’s Sunday service up to Saturday level.
  • Line 21 — Added weekday trips during rush hours to better connect commuters to jobs, schedule changes to match transfers with Line 12.
  • Lines 12 and 93 — Schedule adjustments to ease transfers between lines.
  • Line 79 — More weekday trips to improve transfers with increased service on Line 155.
  • Line 155 — Extended route to SE 172nd Avenue to serve the Happy Valley Crossroads development, increased frequency.
  • Lines 10, 38, 77, 96 — Adjusted weekday schedules to more accurately reflect traffic conditions and improve arrival time reliability.
  • Lines 12, 14, 58, 77 — Adjusted weekend schedules to more accurately reflect traffic conditions and improve arrival time reliability.
