ND: Riders Will Receive a Treat from the CAT Bus this Halloween

    Capital Area Transit (CAT) bus riders will receive a treat this Halloween holiday in the form of free rides for two days. On Oct. 25 and Oct. 26 everyone can “Catch the CAT” for free all day, both days.

    This will be the sixth annual Halloween Free Ride Days the CAT has offered to show appreciation to the Bismarck and Mandan communities for their support of public transportation.  New riders are also encouraged to take advantage of the free rides to familiarize themselves with the area’s public transportation.
