Black Box Corp. announced July 29 it has expanded its portfolio of solutions with Genband’s NUViA cloud communications offering.
Genbands’s carrier-class, secure, multimedia communications cloud services enable Black Box to offer HD voice, video, multimedia messaging, mobility, conferencing, web collaboration, desktop clients and fixed mobile convergence as a service to its clients. Black Box will provide the NUViA cloud solution in a comprehensive unified communications as a service (UCaaS) solution that includes a suite of related products and services.
Black Box is currently a platinum partner in Genband’s Partner Advantage program. The announcement represents an extension of a previous agreement which enables Black Box to offer the Genband on-premise solution to its customers in North America.
