Recently, the Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority (LAVTA) announced its unanimous decision to continue its partnership with MV Transportation Inc. for the operation of the city’s fixed-route services.
Under the terms of this contract, MV Transportation will serve LAVTA for up to 7 years, and will continue to manage the day-to-day operations of the city’s service. MV Transportation and LAVTA have worked together for nearly 10 years.
"We are proud to continue serving our Tri-Valley passengers," said John Siragusa, MV’s president of west operations. "The continuation of this contract represents the positive, long-standing relationship we have with LAVTA and the quality service we provide its customers."
MV Transportation has a team of more than 100 employees dedicated to LAVTA’s fixed-route service.
