Following the defeat of the Nashville transit referendum in the beginning of May, a Metro Councilman said a neighborhood-specific approach may be a better way to think about the area's transit future.

Following the defeat of the Nashville transit referendum in the beginning of May, a Metro Councilman said a neighborhood-specific approach may be a better way to think about the area's transit future.

Metro Council has been set to look at the Donelson Transit Oriented Redevelopment plan in June.

It would redo infrastructure, as well as add sidewalks and opportunities for apartments, condos, retail and office space in the area around Lebanon Pike and the Music City Star train stop.
