The 9.2-mile East San Fernando Valley Transit Corridor, which would connect the Metro Orange Line in Van Nuys to the Sylmar/San Fernando Metrolink station through busy Van Nuys Boulevard will secure $202 million from the State Transportation Improvement program approved by the California Transportation Commission, according to Metro.
