The Eau Claire Transit Center says it's working with the US Department of Transportation to replace the current transfer station.
Transit Manager Tom Wagener says the Federal Transit Administration is putting together an agreement with the city for the distribution of the grant funds.
The city of Eau Claire received a five million dollar grant from the US Department of Transportation earlier this month.
