Belleville council will decide on a contractor to do a major expansion of its public transit building when it meets this afternoon.
City staff is recommending the tender from the only qualified bidder, Gay Company Ltd.
The project involves a 6,000 square foot expansion to the Belleville Transit building.
Council had earlier set aside 2.3 million dollars for the project.
