The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) board has voted to sue Bombardier over the new streetcars it has been unable to deliver.
TTC management has been directed to consult with other companies that might be able to take over the job.
Bombardier has stated not all delays in the project have been caused by Bombardier and they will be in further discussions with the customer.
