NorthEast Passenger Transportation Association (NEPTA) Annual Dinner Meeting will start with an update from the Federal Transit Administration. Following the dinner, there will be scholarship recipient acknowledgments, along with the Richard H. Doyle Award and NEPTA Hall of Fame.
