Electro Code™ (EC6™)

Electro Code 6 (EC6) is the world’s first track circuit that does not require adjustments. It uses secure, fail-safe digital communication in the rails. EC6 performs better in poor ballast and noisy conditions over longer distances than any existing technology. It enables the end user to add their own custom data to the communications. Not only can it detect broken rails, but it has the ability to locate them. EC6 also provides real time ballast and rail resistance measurements as a useful indication of track health.
