The agency is also deploying 37 new bus stop benches across Hamilton County this spring as part of the Reinventing Metro plan.

Cincinnati Metro will adjust schedule and run-times on 12 fixed routes. Additionally, 37 new bus stop benches are being deployed across Hamilton County this spring, with hundreds more to come as part of the Reinventing Metro plan.

The following routes have new schedules: Rts. 5, 19, 20, 24, 27, 30, 33, 37, 43, 46, 78 and Metro*Plus.

Such service adjustments are a part of Cincinnati Metro’s ongoing efforts to adjust the agency’s fixed-route bus service to the evolving needs of the communities it serves and to ensure service remains as consistent and reliable as possible. These adjustments are especially critical as Cincinnati Metro continues to address the ongoing labor shortage initiated by the COVID-19 pandemic without making cuts to service.

In 2022, Cincinnati Metro installed 23 new shelters at many of the agency’s busiest stops to ensure customers have a comfortable wait until their bus arrives, with even more rolling out later this year
