STM Starts Courtesy Campaign

Riders of Montreal public transit can see a new poster campaign set up by the STM buses and the metro in Montreal. With a series of visuals with the theme "Everyone may need a seat," the STM is promoting courtesy to its customers and invites them to be attentive to other passengers who, for one reason or another might need a seat.

The company aims for more pleasant and safe travel for all. This customer relationship between aspect is also the subject of complaints and recurring comments.

The campaign will be showing eight weeks. It will include the display at the top of subway cars some windows.
