Transportation experts from WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff will take part in 52 technical sessions at the Transportation Research Board (TRB) 95th Annual Meeting, Jan. 10–14, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, in Washington, D.C.
The TRB meeting, which is expected to attract more than 12,000 transportation professionals from around the world, will cover all transportation modes, with more than 5,000 presentations in nearly 800 sessions and workshops, addressing topics of interest to policy makers, administrators, practitioners, researchers, and representatives of government, industry and academic institutions.
“This year’s TRB meeting has given us a platform to highlight a wide variety of transportation initiatives and technologies,” said Joseph Pulicare, president of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff’s U.S. transportation company. “In keeping with the theme of the 2016 meeting, Research Convergence for a Multimodal Future, we are addressing several aspects of multimodal development along with such important issues as congestion pricing, managed lanes and autonomous vehicles.”

- Planning Applications and Modeling Scenarios for Statewide Multimodal Transportation, on Jan. 12 at 10:45 a.m.
- The Future of Congestion Pricing, Managed Lanes and Traffic Management, on Jan. 12 at 7:30 p.m.
- Public Outreach Issues Surrounding Autonomous Vehicles and Transformative Technologies, on Jan. 13 at 8 a.m.
