Wensley to Manage Planning Projects in WSP Boston Office

 James Wensley has been named a senior planner in the Boston office of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff.

In his new position, Wensley will manage transportation and urban planning projects in the Boston area, throughout the northeast, and nationally. Wensley will focus his efforts in the area of transit operations and bus rapid transit.

Prior to joining WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, Wensley was a senior transportation planner and transit planning team leader in the Boston office of a national engineering firm, responsible for managing a range of transit service planning and evaluation projects for departments of transportation and other transportation agencies in Connecticut, New Jersey, Virginia, Michigan, Tennessee, Florida and Arkansas.

Wensley holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
