    Metro Continues Free Local Bus Rides

    Free rides continue through Aug. 22 for Metro customers using local bus routes and light rail.  Since Aug, 16, tens of thousands of riders have benefited from the free rides promoting Metro's New Bus Network.  Park-and-Ride and MetroLift are not included.

    Key features of the New Bus Network include 22 bus routes scheduled to run every 15 minutes or better at least 18 hours a day, seven days a week on major streets.  Customers with questions have been stopping by the Downtown Transit Center to pick up system maps, speak with staff about new routes, and learn about the new tech tools including Next Bus Arrival Texting.
