Ozark Regional Transit (ORT) reports another successful free-fare event during the recent Spring Break week.
Three out of the four ORT routes in Fayetteville, Arkansas, reported record ridership for the week, and the overall system accounted for 5,832 passengers. This is an 18 percent increase over 2014’s number of 4,930.
The agency is confident the added routes created in 2014 allowed for greater access and convenience of the system. ORT would like to thank the various news media for helping to spread the word.
