Phil Beiting has been promoted to director of customer relations and sales at Metro. In this role, he is responsible for managing Metro’s call center, sales office, Cincinnati Public Schools and University pass programs and fare media outlet distribution.
Beiting began his career with Metro in 2011 as customer relations manager. Previously, he held roles in the newspaper industry in customer service and distribution management at The Enquirer, Dow Jones & Company and The Chicago Tribune.
He has a bachelor’s degree in management from Northern Kentucky University.
