    Delta County voters chose to support the Delta Area Transit Authority’s Transportation services in a number of townships by approving millage requests Tuesday. The only township voting on a DATA proposal that rejected it was Cornell Township.

    Delta County voters chose to support the Delta Area Transit Authority’s Transportation services in a number of townships by approving millage requests Tuesday. The only township voting on a DATA proposal that rejected it was Cornell Township.

    The Delta Area Transit Authority’s Transportation millage will levy 0.5 mil ($0.5 per 1,000 taxable value) for the five-year period between 2018 and 2022 in order to provide on demand response and other related services to members of the general public.
