A private company having trouble making ends meet, at least until the city stepped in and took things over.
One thing that has been constant over the past 50 years of Tulsa Transit is a steady pace of change, but going into the next 50 years, it seems that pace may be picking up a bit. The old diesel buses are being phased out, replaced by buses that run on natural gas, and then it gets even more futuristic.
