The Clinton County Public Transportation system had one of its worst years ever in 2017.
Although ridership was up slightly, revenue was down and costs were up, leaving a budget shortfall of $307,755, the largest the system has ever seen.
Overall, revenue was down by about $247,000 in 2017, according to CCPT Planning Technician James Bosley.
