Xinge Wang is the deputy director of the International Transportation Learning Center (ITLC) and the Transit Workforce Center (TWC), the Federal Transit Administration’s national technical assistance center dedicated to transit workforce development. Wang is recognized as a national expert on frontline workforce development in transportation and related sectors, leading industry research initiatives and authoring widely cited reports on projections of workforce and skill needs, effectiveness of training and apprenticeship programs, safety and health and the future of mobility and the impacts of automation.
