New MTI survey to help transit operators combat street harassment; Metrolink to pause service systemwide Dec. 26-29

The survey was developed in conjunction with a California law, which requires California’s 10 largest transit operators to document passenger experiences with harassment using the MTI survey or an equivalent and report the findings by the end of 2024.
