TN: Ramon Cisneros Appointed to Franklin Transit Authority

On June 24 at the city of Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting, Ramon Cisneros was appointed to the Franklin Transit Authority.

On June 24 at the city of Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting, Ramon Cisneros was appointed to the Franklin Transit Authority.

Cisneros is president and CEO of Millennium Marketing LLC. He is a safety and environmental engineer with experience in transportation and project management.

Regarding his appointment to the Franklin Transit Authority, Cisneros states, "Economic and population growth must always go together with infrastructure planning and development.  Public transportation plays an important role in preserving the quality of life that has made Williamson County such a sought-after destination. Serving on the Franklin Transit Authority represents an unparalleled opportunity for me to be on the frontline of the decision making process that will determine the future of our city. It is essential we continue to increase our public transportation solutions to meet the needs of our expanding community.”

A 2014 graduate of Leadership Franklin, Mr. Cisneros serves, or has served, on the Board of Directors of: Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, Williamson County Medical Center Foundation, Middle TN YMCA, Middle TN Council of Boy Scouts, The Nashville Symphony Orchestra, Nashville Opera Company, and as an advisor to the Marketing and Community Committee of The Frist Center and TPAC.
