As part of APTA’s HR Committee’s Workforce Development, they encouraged APTA members to submit videos of younger transit employees talking about what they do and why they enjoy transit. The video was to illustrate the variety of career options available in the transit industry and that transit is a high-tech, “green” and challenging industry grads might not have thought about.
