Clever Devices has announced that it had completed its acquisition of Italian transportation scheduling software company M.A.I.O.R.
Based in Lucca & Florence, M.A.I.O.R is a leading provider of public transportation scheduling solutions in Italy. M.A.I.O.R has a portfolio of scheduling and optimization solutions that strongly align with Clever Devices’ ITS offerings.
