ETA Transit Systems of Boca Raton, FL, is proud to announce the successful deployment of its Intelligent Transit System (ITS), SPOT to Stanford University's Marguerite campus shuttle service.

ETA Transit Systems of Boca Raton, FL, is proud to announce the successful deployment of its Intelligent Transit System (ITS), SPOT to Stanford University's Marguerite campus shuttle service.

The expansive project saw the outfitting of all 81 of the university's shuttles with on-board equipment that provides real-time GPS, automatic on-board announcements, and integration with existing automatic passenger counters.

The SPOT ITS will provide Stanford students and campus riders with real-time bus tracking and arrival predictions, and through GTFS, allows the university's transit schedules to be communicated in real-time through Google Transit.
