Unipart Rail and Arabian Railway Company are to form a joint venture company to deliver projects, supply chain services and consultancy in Saudi Arabia.
UK Rail Minister Paul Maynard MP attended the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Unipart Rail and Arabian Railway Company during the Middle East Rail 2017 conference in Dubai.
As part of the agreement, Unipart Rail will be opening a Saudi Arabian office in MIG's prestigious new tower block on King Fahd Road, which is opposite the King Abdulla Financial District.
Noel Travers, deputy managing director, Unipart Rail, commented: "Unipart Rail is pleased to be signing this agreement with Arabian Railway Company. The next 10 years will witness unparalleled reform of transport within the Middle East. Expansion on this scale, in this time-span, has never been seen before.

Khalid Al-Jumaid, CEO president Arabian Railway Company said: "Unipart is coming from an area where they are very expert on managing all of the supply chain.
