Allegheny County Transit Council Elects New Officers to Serve Through 2018

The Allegheny County Transit Council recently elected new officers to serve one-year terms through 2018.

The Allegheny County Transit Council recently elected new officers to serve one-year terms through 2018.

James Robinson will serve as president; Leonard Locke will serve as vice president; Andrew Hussein will serve as secretary; and Stu Strickland will serve as treasurer.

The Allegheny County Transit Council is a volunteer organization established in 1984. Its mission is to communicate rider questions and concerns to Port Authority of Allegheny County. Its members are frequent transit users.

The group meets from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on the third Wednesday of the month in the Neal H. Holmes Board Room, 345 Sixth Avenue, 5th Floor, Pittsburgh, Pa. The group does not meet in August or December.
