Long-time Prevost customer Arrow Stage Lines recently received the 2017 Operator of the Year Award from Limousine, Charter & Tour (LCT) Magazine.

“It is the first time the magazine has given an Operator of the Year award,” said Alex Busskohl, corporate operations and marketing specialist for Arrow Stage Lines. It is the most recent honor for the company, which also recently received the 2017 Green Spirt Award from the American Bus Association for its environmental practices.

"We are excited to receive these two awards because it showcases all of the hard work and dedication from our team members here at Arrow Stage Lines,” Busskohl said. “Without a drive and commitment to superior safety, elite maintenance and top customer service by our team, these awards would not be possible.”

Arrow Stage Lines was founded by the Busskohl family in 1928 and is headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska. With locations in 13 cities, Arrow Stage Lines is one of the largest privately owned motorcoach companies in the United States. It operates 220 full-sized motor coaches and offers charter tour services across the U.S., as well as regional motorcoach services for athletic teams, events, conventions, churches, schools and the military.

“Prevost has long been a part of our company’s success and growth,” according to Busskohl.

“We’ve had a great relationship with Prevost for 30 years,” Busskohl stated. “In recent years, we’ve been purchasing two or more new Prevost coaches a year. We’ve always been impressed with the quality and curb appeal of their coaches.”

Prevost delivered the company’s two newest coaches, 54-passenger Prevost H3-45s, in February. Another reason that Arrow Stage Lines has remained loyal to Prevost for so many years is that Prevost motorcoaches hold their value. "We don’t keep buses for more than 10 years because in our industry, we’re trying to provide the best service with the nicest buses,” he said. “Prevost provides great resale value for us because of their quality.”
