John Ravasio has been promoted to director of employee and labor relations/employment law at Metro.
Ravasio joined Metro in 2011 as labor relations/employment law manager. In this new role, he will continue to oversee labor relations and employment law with the addition of benefits and compensation.
He received his B.A. in Government and International Relations from Notre Dame University and his Law School degree from the University of Cincinnati.
He serves as the chair of the Ohio Public Transit Association’s HR Committee, is a member of the Conference of Minority Transportation Official’s (COMTO) scholarship committee, and is a mentor in the University of Cincinnati’s Catalyst Program and the Ohio Supreme Court’s New Lawyer Mentoring Program.
