Meeting the strictest requirements: pei tel Communications GmbH, a developer and manufacturer of high-quality communication solutions and radio accessories based in the city of Teltow, has developed the HA11 USB, a new handset that has been specifically adapted for use in the railway segment, with special acoustic properties and approvals under EN 45545-2 and EN 50155. The handset is designed to connect directly to computer-aided communication systems. It is easy and fast to integrate into almost any radio system as a plug-and-play solution.

The HA11 USB features a dynamic microphone and earpiece, a large push-to-talk button, durable spiral cord, cradle with force release mechanism, hook function, and a highly durable flame-resistant plastic housing. It is available in a basic version for vertical or horizontal installation or with a base plate for firm, secure stand.

“We have already made a name for ourselves with our communication solutions over the past 25 years. Our goal is to build on this and, with the HA11 USB, further expand our position in the railway segment,” says Thomas Martin, managing director of pei tel.

Alongside the HA11 USB and other handsets, the pei tel PMR product range also encompasses hand microphones, microphone heads, gooseneck microphones, hands-free microphones, remote speaker microphones, headsets, desktop microphones, loudspeakers, push-to-talk buttons, and various practical accessories. The company also plans to ramp up its emphasis on cooperative initiatives in developing new communication solutions in the future.

“As a medium-sized company, we have the necessary flexibility to engage in successful cooperation, so inquiries are always welcome,” Martin explains.
