The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) announced the appointment of Jeffrey Vosler as vice president of Finance/CFO, and Russell Arnold as director of Marketing.
Vosler has been promoted to vice president of Finance/CFO. Vosler has been employed by COTA for 26 years, with progressive responsibilities in Finance, including Customer Service, Procurement, IT and Stores along with Financial Reporting, Grants, Payroll, Budgeting, Revenue Collection, Energy Price Management and Commercial Leasing. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University, with areas of concentration in management and accounting.
Vosler and his wife are longtime residents of Westerville.
Arnold has been appointed as director of Marketing. Arnold most recently served as marketing manager at Lane Transit District (LTD), the public transit authority in Eugene, Oregon. He is a native of central Ohio, graduated from Ohio Dominican University, and earned a master’s degree in marketing and communications from Franklin University. Arnold also served as associate director of Marketing at the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
Arnold and his family reside in Worthington.
