DCTA to Release Passenger Satisfaction Survey April 6

March 30, 2015

Denton County Transportation Authority (DCTA) will release its passenger satisfaction survey April 6 to gather input on its current performance and identify ways to better serve passengers. The brief survey focuses on DCTA services and the agency’s passenger tools Where’s My Ride and GORequest.

Passengers who fill out the required survey questions will be entered to win one of three Visa gift card drawings for $100, $50 and $25. All completed surveys must be received no later than Saturday, April 18 to be entered into the drawing. The print and online survey will be available in English, Spanish and Hakha Dialect of Chin.

“Providing efficient mobility solutions for Denton County and enhancing the passenger experience are top priorities for DCTA,” said Jim Cline, DCTA president. “Customer feedback received from our survey will help us gauge how people perceive our current services and passengers tools, which in turn will help us make improvements to ensure our passengers have a great experience when riding DCTA.”

Passengers can return completed surveys to a DCTA representative, bus or rail operator, the ticket counter at the Eulene Downtown Denton Transit Center (DDTC), or complete the online version at the agency's website. Survey results will be presented to DCTA’s Board of Directors at the May Board meeting.
