Code Blue Corp. has released a series of updates to its Blue Alert® MNS and EMS software and award-winning ToolVox systems management platform.
Blue Alert MNS, Code Blue’s sophisticated mass notification system, now offers users a new way to integrate third party notification platforms with a custom web service tool that can be used to configure requests to be sent to an external server or API. This tool also includes preset configurations for ComQi (comqi.com), a global leader in cloud-based shopper engagement technology, and Information Station Specialists (theradiosource.com), a top provider of emergency information radio systems, for added value and functionality. Code Blue already is working on additional preset integrations.
“As the need for disseminating critical information becomes more sophisticated, it is vital that customers have a unified system,” Code Blue Director of Marketing and Design David Fleming said. “This tool gives customers the ability to easily integrate right from our interface without incurring expensive development costs.”
