Yirigian Named Parson Brinckerhoff's Deputy Area Manager in Connecticut

Rob Yirigian has been named deputy area manager in the Glastonbury, Connecticut, office of Parsons Brinckerhoff. In his new position, Yirigian will be supporting business development and operations throughout the state and will continue to manage Parsons Brinckerhoff’s program management contract for the Connecticut Department of Transportation’s New Haven-Hartford-Springfield Rail Program. He has more than 27 years of experience managing major Connecticut transportation programs.

Yirigian received an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut and a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Hartford. He currently serves on the board of directors and is chairman of the Government Affairs Committee of the Connecticut chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies. He is a member of the University of Connecticut’s Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering Advisory Board, and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
