Green Transportation Veteran to Lead Crosspoint Kinetics Business Development

Amy Dobrikova named director of strategy and business development for hybrid maker.

Crosspoint Kinetics announced the appointment of Amy Dobrikova as director of strategy and business development. She joins a sales and product team devoted to increasing market awareness and adoption of the Kinetics Hybrid, a bolt-on, electric hybrid kit for class 3-7 buses and trucks.

Dobrikova brings years of sales and marketing experience to Crosspoint Kinetics. Her previous experience with major corporations and large fleets focused on international business and green transportation technologies.

Prior to joining Crosspoint Kinetics, she was vice president of sales and business development for Echo Automotive, where she utilized her automotive industry acumen and understanding of hybrid and electrification technologies to advance awareness and adoption of Echo¹s hybrid products within the commercial fleet market. In that role, she was also responsible for establishing a nationwide service and installation network and acting as a liaison to customers to gain market feedback which ensured products and solutions met the needs of end users.

Dobrikova also led the commercial fleet customer relationships team at Bright Automotive where she sold millions of dollars in pre-orders for the Bright IDEA, a lightweight, plug-in hybrid electric commercial van.

At Crosspoint Kinetics, she will be tasked with increasing exposure of the Kinetics Hybrid and expanding the network of partners, resellers, and servicers of the system.

"The simplicity of the bolt-on Kinetics Hybrid will be a hit with the major fleets looking to improve their fuel efficiency by 25-30 percent," said Dobrikova. "Many fleets can benefit from the robust, easy-to-install, simple-to-operate and proven system."

Dobrikova has worked closely with many of the top 100 commercial fleets and has built long-term relationships from the executive suite to fleet operations.  She is an active member of the North American Fleet Association (NAFA), National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA), Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association (AFLA), Electric Mobility Canada (EMC), Clean Cities Coalition, and CALSTART. She also was elected and serves on the board of the Green Truck Association of the National Truck Equipment Association and is on the Generation Next Steering Committee.

Dobrikova holds a bachelor¹s degree in business management with a focus in organizational leadership from Anderson University and is a Miller Heiman Certified Sales Professional.
