Randy Hubler has been named manager of contract performance for the U.S. transportation company of Parsons Brinckerhoff.

In his new position, Hubler, who is based in the firm’s New York City office, will focus on Parsons Brinckerhoff’s contract management performance, developing a comprehensive approach to contract management policies, procedures, tools, and reports. He also will also advise project teams on successful contractual strategies.

Hubler has nearly 30 years of experience in project and contract management. Prior to joining Parsons Brinckerhoff, he was a contracts and claims consultant for a global rail signaling systems company, responsible for on-site contract management training and development as well as collaborating with the legal and project management functions to deliver contract management services. He previously served as director of contract management, North America, for a global provider of passenger railcars and signaling systems for the high-speed rail, transit, and freight rail transportation markets.

Hubler received a master of business administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a Certified Professional Contracts Manager and member of the National Contract Management Association.
